To produce good quality surimi based products, we ensure that every stage of the production process is carried out meticulously, starting with selecting the freshest and highest quality surimi raw material. All other ingredients and seasonings must also meet our exacting quality-control standards, before entering the company's state of the art production line, where hygiene and efficiency are of paramount importance. The highest standards of safety, cleanliness and excellence are continuously upgraded.

The process gets underway by thawing out surimi, before it enters a cutting and mixing machine. Other ingredients such as egg white, starch, water and seasonings are blended to achieve the desired flavour and consistency.

Every product type is made in strict accordance with good manufacturing practices - GMP -criteria and controlled by Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) at each stage from start through to final customer delivery. Lucky Union Foods have achieved ISO 9001 : 2000 Quality Management System and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Our commitment to quality was further recognized when in 1999, we were upgraded by the European Food Safety inspection Service (EFSIS) in the United Kingdom to a "Higher Level" Accreditation. Lucky Union Foods has also been authorized by the Thai Department of Fisheries with factory approval number Thailand 1004 to export products worldwide.

With all the above accreditations from local and overseas competent certifying bodies, our clients can be assured that every shipment of our products meets the highest international standards for safety and hygiene.
